Melanie C (aka Sporty Spice) sits down with CCTV: The Nonstop Pop Show backstage at Webster Hall in New York City, a few shows into her Sweat tour, for an honest, music-first interview about her journey from the Spice Girls to her ninth solo album, “Sweat”.
